Taking the first steps to start your therapy journey can be quite daunting, but I’m glad you’re here! Therapy is an incredible tool to get to know yourself better and find how you fit into the world around you. As a clinician, my job is to support you in that journey in whatever way YOU see fit. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and trauma-informed to ensure your safety and success!
My eclectic approach borrows insight from CBT, DBT, and Gestalt therapies to ensure we’re addressing the bigger picture and getting to the root of your concerns. I have experience working with a variety of ages & mental health struggles, including PTSD, ADHD, Autism, OCD, Anxiety, and Depression. As a queer nonbinary person, I take pride in supporting other members of the LGBTQ+ community and understand the importance of keeping each other happy, healthy, and safe.
Remember, therapy should work for you, and I encourage folks to advocate for themselves and find what feels good for you and your goals. Only you know what’s best, and my goal as a clinician is to help empower you to take charge in your life and thrive.
I am available in-person in our Squirrel Hill office via telehealth.
