I utilize Person-Centered approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused therapy in my practice to help you reach all your goals. My name is Rachael Johnston. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience working in the field of mental health. I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD and Substance Use. Much of my career has been spent working in non-profits helping people with mental health challenges and substance use problems to recover and regain control of their lives.
