With 15+ years practicing law and a decade of experience providing legal counseling to foster youth, I’ve seen first-hand how the most profound and impactful changes start at the individual level, often in the context of a relationship of trust and support.
As a therapist, my aim is to work with you to find the most effective therapeutic approach tailored to meet your needs. I use a trauma informed model of care and draw from a range of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and Person-Centered Therapy.
